If you love to have cereals then you can go for the low-fat ones. Choose cereals that are low in sugar but high in fiber. They will help you feel full for longer compared to the high sugar ones. You can have them with semi-skimmed or skimmed milk.
A medium-sized bowl of skimmed milk, muesli, and an apple is a good choice.
While fast foods are very convenient in this fast-paced world, they are not healthy and most of them are full of fat. However, even these places have some choices of healthy foods. You can have those instead.
For example, a salad of grilled chicken and some orange juice is a great choice.
