Drinking plenty of water also ensures that your digestive system remains in good condition, while at the same time your body temperature remains stable… and let’s not forget that all those toxins end up getting flushed out of your body super fast!

To make all of this happen it’s going to be really important that you drink about 64 ounces of water every single day.

But if you happen to be suffering from kidney issues already, or you’re an individual that sweats a lot then I’d highly recommend that you increase the amount of water that you drink… to about half your body weight in ounces. (e.g. If you are a person that weighs in at about 160 pounds then you should at the very least aim to drink about 80 ounces of pure, filtered water every day). It really is as simple as that.


2. Avoid Holding it in

As I mentioned earlier, one of the main jobs that you kidneys have is to filter the blood that’s in your body.

Once it’s done filtering through the blood… all the excess water and waste that remains is stored up in your bladder… waiting to be flushed out when you go to the bathroom.

However you need to appreciate that your bladder can only really hold about 14 ounces of water… which honestly isn’t that much.

When you purposefully avoid going to the bathroom… your bladder stretches way more then it should do.

By making sure that you juice on a daily basis you will also be making sure that your digestive system stays super efficient and it also ensures that the toxins are flushed out of your body super fast!

However if you happen to suffer from kidney stones then you’re going to want to make sure that you avoid making any juice that contains spinach, collard greens and beets! The reason for this is that these three ingredients contain a higher concentration of oxalic acid which will drastically increase the formation of kidney stones.
