So if you’re like the vast majority of the people out there then you probably already try to take steps to improve your health for the better.
A lot of people out there actively try to take steps to prevent getting serious illnesses such as diabetes and alzheimer’s while at the same time promoting good heart health.
However just pause for a second and think about when was the last time you actually tried to improve the health of your kidneys? If you can’t seem to remember then perhaps it’s time that you started to take massive action.
You need to appreciate the fact that your kidneys are one of the most important organs that you have and one of their main duties is to actively filter through about 200 quarts of blood every single day.
Another important job they have is to filter through about 2 quarts of excess water and waste all of which eventually becomes urine down the line.
Hence why I hope you can appreciate just how important it is to take steps to improving the health of your kidneys.
Here are my best tips to help you do just that! Not Only These, You Can also Check some Daily Health Tips here.
1. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water everyday.
The most important step of all is to make sure that you stay hydrated every single day of your life. Doing so will ensure that the volume and concentration of your blood remains as consistent as it possibly can.
Drinking plenty of water also ensures that your digestive system remains in good condition, while at the same time your body temperature remains stable… and let’s not forget that all those toxins end up getting flushed out of your body super fast!
To make all of this happen it’s going to be really important that you drink about 64 ounces of water every single day.
But if you happen to be suffering from kidney issues already, or you’re an individual that sweats a lot then I’d highly recommend that you increase the amount of water that you drink… to about half your body weight in ounces. (e.g. If you are a person that weighs in at about 160 pounds then you should at the very least aim to drink about 80 ounces of pure, filtered water every day). It really is as simple as that.
2. Avoid Holding it in
As I mentioned earlier, one of the main jobs that you kidneys have is to filter the blood that’s in your body.
Once it’s done filtering through the blood… all the excess water and waste that remains is stored up in your bladder… waiting to be flushed out when you go to the bathroom.
However you need to appreciate that your bladder can only really hold about 14 ounces of water… which honestly isn’t that much.
When you purposefully avoid going to the bathroom… your bladder stretches way more then it should do.
So when you do finally go to the bathroom to urinate… your bladder doesn’t actually empty out completely. All of this can actually lead to you getting a urinary tract infection.

3. Make Sure You Start To Drink Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juice
Now believe me, juicing isn’t going to cure you of your health issues or is it by itself going to mean you don’t have to do anything else to remain healthy but you can be damn sure that it will help to keep your kidneys in great health over the long term… especially if you are consistently drinking fresh juice on a regular basis.
By making sure that you juice on a daily basis you will also be making sure that your digestive system stays super efficient and it also ensures that the toxins are flushed out of your body super fast!
However if you happen to suffer from kidney stones then you’re going to want to make sure that you avoid making any juice that contains spinach, collard greens and beets! The reason for this is that these three ingredients contain a higher concentration of oxalic acid which will drastically increase the formation of kidney stones.
4. Make Sure Your Diet is as Healthy as Possible
You can be sure that the foods that you eat will be directly affecting the health of your kidneys and overall health.
So if you’re the kind of person that happens to eat a ton of unhealthy and processed foods then you’re going to find that your organs will be negatively affected over the long term.
Hence the reason why I’d recommend that you totally avoid consuming processed foods from this moment on.
So what should you be focused on eating?
Try to focus on eating foods that actually benefit your kidneys in some way. So this means that I’d recommend you eat things like watermelon, green tea, garlic, asparagus, parsley and fish.
5. Make Sure You’re Taking All The Right Supplements
The number one supplement that you should be focused on taking is that of cranberry extract. Taking this will ensure that your bladder is kept in tip top condition and it will also mean that you kidneys remain super healthy!
So how on earth is this little red berry so powerful when it comes to keeping your kidney’s in pristine condition? Well, it’s all due to the fact that they prevent the bacteria from sticking to the outer lining of the kidneys. Even before trying weight loss program first consult your doctor or read some reviews like Cumin for weight loss reviews
Cranberries are also beneficial because they reduce the amount of inflammation you experience and they also contain a hell of a lot of antioxidants.
It’s highly recommend that you take about 400 mg of cranberry extract a day.
Make sure that you double up the dosage if you’re suffering from a condition known as urinary tract infection.
Another important thing to do is make sure that you take some high quality Vitamin D. The reason being is that there are plenty of research studies out there which show that lack of vitamin D in the system goes hand in hand with experiencing kidney issues.
So be sure that you’re making the effort to take in at least 2000 IU of vitamin D a day.
Your kidneys were actually designed to last for your whole entire life. This means by implementing the tips that I’ve shared above you can be sure that you will be healthy and fit for the rest of your life. But it’s really important that you remain consistent in your efforts because without consistency you really can’t expect much!
